Style

One of my Taekwondo instructors from the early 70's studied with GM Kim Soo back in the 60's.
So I guess I have lineage back to GM.

What style specific does your instructor train in?

Does he still talk to GM Kim Soo?

I doubt if any contact was made after 1974.

With him we studied TKD using the old Pinan Hyungs. His name was Kenneth Womack, and he moved to Texarkana, TX where I met up with him in the early 70's. About 6 months after I cranked up with him, he hooked up with GM Lee of ATA fame before he left Nebraska to start his ATA in Arkansas. We changed to the Chang Hon Hyungs of which I had already been practicing when I lived in NW Arkansas.

Ken quit the teaching martial arts, except for me and my school in Oklahioma, in the early 80's.
