The butterfly kick rules:P Not very effective but at least it looks cool:P
isn't the butterfly kick not actuall a kick? Isn't it just to prepare you for throws and such because of the dipping motion before the kick itself? i think throws, not positive, someon coreect me if i'm wrong.
Favorite kick,
idk... 360 or 540 cause they look cool =P
round house cause it's easy to use as a followup or a starter in a combination. There are easy ways to trick people in order to perform the kick as well. Easy to do and powerful

You must be mixing it with a butterfly spin

lol yea... the original name had nothing to do with butterflies...
but well i didn't mean that it wasn't a kick, that what you get out of it for applications would be for throws?
i mean i think i can do a butterfly kick (or so says the student at class) but it seems like using a butterfly kick in combat isn't very effective,
so isn't it just the dipping part that's used in combat (ie. for throws?) right? or setting up momentum (i think) for throws?
It can be used in combat, and if you're really good at it, you can easily kick some one in the head, without easily being counterattacked while you're in the air.
Our GwanJangNim uses it all the time when he does fighting with the older students.
I can't do one, but I saw a 17 year old 4th bb do a SWEET jump spin heel kick. It looks like it would remove a head! Not sure if I will ever get there or not, but it was NICE!
I dint know there was such a thing as a 360 Round House.....................
LOL I can't tell you how many times someone has asked me about the roundhouse kick, thinking it is a spinning back kick or spinning side kick.

I would have to go with the spinning round house kick.
what i mean by that is not a "wrestling round house" because that would be a spin kick. Spinning round house, although, not the hardist kick, if used properly it can be very effective.
