ive heard many stories about shaolin training at the shaolin temple in China, walking up that huge staircase/mountain with weights on their limbs, etc. i wanted to know, are there any places in the US who use the same/similar intensive training as at the temple in China?

Home Country: yeah, thanks, turns out i had bought a book earlier written by the owner of the USA shaolin temple, and it is only about a half hour away from me.
