Shaolin Circle of Life
I rented Shaolin Circle of Life at blockbuster. The physical feats performed by the monks were amazing.
Has anyone seen this movie? Or a Shaolin Performance?

Oh yeah, that's an old ass demo man. I had that on tape when I was like 12 (18 now). Very impressive stuff, I particularly like the ten foot high poles they fight on top of.

Growing up me my brother and father used to watch every van damme movie. Bloodsport and Kickboxer are my fav van damme movies.
When the monks lay on top of spears, is this a skill, or are the spears un-sharpened?

Even if the spears aren't sharpened, it is skill. I assume you are talking about when they are on a single spear. The weight of the body would cause the spear to puncture it just due to the shape of the spear, sharpened or not.

You mean the dim mak used in the movie by a Japanese stylist? ...or do you mean the dim mak used by the character based off the lies Frank Dux has been telling for years? Just curious
I am not familiar with the slang here. Can somebody define the word 'cheesy' to me? not knowiing might show that I am old here but one is never too old to learn new word or rather new version of the original meaning of a word.

cheesy is similiar to corny, or laughable. Something that tries to be serious, but is low quality or poorly written.
