One question for you guys, in WC do you practice with sparring? Is it full contact? The episode of Fight Quest that was originally referred to involved a Sanda fight which is a version of Chinese kickboxing not necessarily WC. If someone would be so kind as to clarify it would be appreciated.

We do full contact upon occassion. It is impossible to really be prepared for a fight if that is your first taste of full contact. Different schools train differently though, depending upon thier focus.
