wait, if iron fist is a comic book martial artist, i don't know, but i heard Ray Park was playing him
Iron Fist is an old Marvel Comic super hero. He was pretty obscure so I'm surprised they are doing a movie on him.

Park has been asked to become a superhero himself, instead of a villain, in a movie about Marvel Comics character Iron Fist, but the movie has been in preproduction for some years now. Iron Fist deals with an American millionaire who becomes a martial artist with the power of focusing his "life force" or chi into his fist, making it glow with energy and become "like unto a thing of iron" and able to impact with superhuman force.
He worked with comic book creator-turned-film-maker Kevin VanHook in the movie, Slayer starring in the dual roles of acrobatic twin vampires. This film also saw him appearing again with Sleepy Hollow co-star Casper Van Dien.
ComiCon 2007 saw the premiere of the teaser trailer for The Descendants, another comic book adaptation based on an independent comic by writer Joey Andrade[1]. As of this writing, the planned adaptation is a web-series, to be co-directed by web video gurus Michael Scott and Ryan Wieber, who also directed the teaser trailer
Good call on that one. Well at the very least he should try and get a role as Snake Eyes in the GI Joe movie. Thats going to be good if they do it right. I dont think its going to be like the cartoon its going to be on the older story line that doesnt even put them in America, not feeling that.

Holy crap, a G.I. Joe movie? I didn't know about that one either. If it's going to be an older story line, they are probably going to base the plot on some of the original Joes who were Long Range Recon Patrol in Vietnam.

I was (and I guess still am) a huge Marvel Comics fan since about 1977. I have a whole bunch of the G.I. Joe comics stored in my office at home. I remember that #42 featured a story about Snake Eyes and it had a lot of flashbacks to his assignments in Vietnam. I know it had Stalker, Duke, Snake Eyes, and another character that I can't remember as part of a LRRP unit in 'Nam. The stuff that happened in Vietnam was long before the actual G.I. Joe team was created and before Snake Eyes' face was scarred.

Ummm has anyone seen rush hour 3? Nope, no one, yeah thats what I thought. Jackie Chan isnt like a fine wine, he gets worse with age. He if anyone should retire. However I wouldnt say that Jet is doing us a great service either. He wants to make epic movies or whatever I want to see some cool fights. He isnt bringing that anymore.
Tony Jaa on the other hand needs to get his butt in gear, there are so many roles that he could blow up as. Hello there is going to be an Iron Fist movie. He could be Frieza in the new DBZ movie. Somebody just get this kid into a movie pronto.
Yeah I saw it. He is still really good, but I could see so much age compared to the other ones.
Umm, are we going to get in trouble for getting off topic?
We can keep it tied in somehow. For instance, I think Jet Li would be an excellent choice to play Stormshadow in the G.I. Joe movie.

If Jet Li were cast as Stormshadow--ok its on topic technically--
He'd have to fight Ray Park who has just been cast as Snake Eyes, Tony Jaa slept like a baby does after finishing his bottle.
Jet Li versus Ray Park. Sounds like a brawl to me.
