yh, i think he didnt break it because he put straight on top of it,i think you need to leave a gap between each bored.

Gap between helps, but a 2 boards become damn near unbreakable if you place them in such a way that the grains run perpendicular to each other. That's how plywood is made and its made that way for a reason.

come on, I just broke my firs board this Saturday, and while my hand is all bruised up....it still broke (the board I mean)! Head breaks seem like they would be hard though...poor guy.
