To me it's a very close tie between Dead or Alive and Tekken. Jann Lee and Marshall Law both inspired my fighting style. But I'd say that Jann Lee from Dead or Alive is the best Bruce Lee homage and his Jeet Kune Do is insane.

I personally think Street Fighter games are awesome sauce, but tekken is probably closer to alot of MA in general instead of people hadoukening the crap out of each other

Personally

I like DBZ Budokai 3 and Budokai Tenkaichi 2. The step ins and dodges make the game. Plus I'm a fan of flying, beam battles, and transformations.

street fighter is an all time favorite too.

but one of the most annoying things in fighting game history was those assinine street fighter 2 sequels

how many times do u need to update the same sequel an add new characters an new color palette swaps an moves?? i always use to wonder when they gone make up thier minds an just give us street fighter 3 already.

Adrian Paul for Mortal Kombat

The franchise is being rebooted..

This latest news comes straight from the film's (tentatively titled Mortal Kombat: Devastation) director, mink. Yes, that's his name -- mink. The guy has been trolling the IMDb message boards, telling fans what his plans are for the next film. Apparently, it will not be a prequel (as once discussed), but instead will go the Batman Begins route and start all over again. This news backs up info sent in to Moviehole which suggested that these delays are due to writers turning in drafts, which then go through several different avenues before winding up back in another writer's hands. Rinse, repeat ... and so on. Though no casting has officially taken place, mink confirmed that he has met with both Christopher Lambert (Lord Rayden) and Robin Shou (Liu Kang)

By the way...

The new MK games suck horribly. They are slow and non responsive. Shaolin Monks was playable, as Sub Zero anyway.
