What are the latest martial arts games out there?

It's been a while since I've played any video games and have lost track of all the martial arts games.

What are the some of the cools ones to check out?

I liked the Tekken series. I believe there are DoA, Mortal Kombat, Soul Caliber, and etc.

Sticking to the latest ones, Soul Calibur 4 and Tekken 6 are about to come out this year I think, along with Street Fighter 4. There is some capoeira-based game in development too. That's pretty much all I've heard of.
