Home Country: | Wow, I have been very lucky thus far and have only had one injury while training. This was a broken toe suffered during sparring. To be honest with you I really can't remember how it happened, but I do know that it hurt for a moment and then the adrenaline kicked in and I never realized it was broken until the NEXT day after training when my wife (who is a nurse) looked at it and said "how did you break your toe?". I just thought it was sore from the intense sparring the day before, but it was broke. |

Home Country: | Yer, toes are very open to damage in sparring. I twisted mine sparring on very grippy mats - just doing a quick shift is enough to damage it! People step on them and stub them all the time aswell. |
