We all get injured, so here is one of my favorite quotes
which assures me that injury is just another part of life

Quote:
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body,
but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out,
and screaming, Woo Hoo... What A Ride!" -- Author Unknown

Yeah, I am saying that right now!

Woo Hoo! What a ride!

But I am still going to complain that it hurts.

Major bruise on my right foot when I accidentally kicked someone in the elbow. Couldn't kick my punching bag properly for days.

Torn muscles on the side of my knee.

depends on what you define as an injury.I never had a broken bone. But I have had a couple of bruises. But they took about a day to heal,so it wasnt to bad.

Now one thing that is really bad is getting a headache while practicing. That was kind of bad.

But a mild concusion, isnt like a serious injury....though it repeated and not cautious, it can lead to one.

Lol,lets hope training to become ambidextrous doesnt lead to an extensive injury.Especially when someone wield a nodachi with the off hand, and only their off hand.
