Ow, I know how much that can hurt, my tooth once got really loosened up and it was bleeding bad, I just let it heal and didn't eat anything very acidic for a while.

Look! I'm a bush!

if i understnd correctly, the cut is in the mouth? i just got my wisdom teeth pulled, so i can assure you it will clot... the best thing to do is put goss in your mouth and put pressure on it for 30 mins then take it out wait about 15 mins and if it is bleeding still repeat the process until it stops.
and if we have learnt anything from fight club, remember not to tounge it!
Its gonna take a while to fully heal. Listen to disguntled's advice, she knows what she is talking about. Be prepaired to eat blander foods for a while.
