Unhappy WHY GOD WHY!?! Elbow injuries hurt.

Yes!!! My hundredth post!
Anyway i'll explain what happened.
So i'm in my MA class and another guy wanted to do some kicks so i held a pad for him. He did a side kick and i didn't have my elbow behind the pad so his knee pretty much raped my elbow and it hurt...a lot...like on the ground writhing hurt.
Having this done to you wouldn't have been as bad.
That was about two weeks ago and it still hurts. Not a lot and only when i do too many punches or blocks so does anybody know how to deal with it cause its just annoying. I've already gotten some advice but i'm just trying to get rid of it as fast as i can.
Any help is appreciated.

Elbow Hyperextension injuries are very common in BJJ (and im sure in JJJ as well). I had one that took about a month to heal. It depends on how bad it is. I also iced it, took ibuprofen, rested it elevated it, and babied it for a while so it would heal as quickly as possible.
