Yh I did 3 years of taekwondo and never actualy got badly injured myself. I hit a few other people though...
I have been doing karate for just over a year now and have taken a few hard hits. But i have taken more injuries in 1 year of karate than i have in 3 years of taekwondo!

I have been VERY fortunate not to have that many injuries in my martial arts training.
Hyperextention
(elbows and knees.. obvious reasons)
fractured wrists
(board holding.. tip: don't let 15yr old girls hold 2inches of wood for big man, when her fellow board holder is a 35yr old man who is a scardy cat and lets go.. *grumble* lol)
fractured finger:
(board holding: fellow black belt attempts jump spin heel kick-speed break.. breaks wood and my finger. ouch!)
bruised ribs:
(tournament)
bruised kidneys:
(tournament)
broken toes
(elbow block to my foot.. ouchy)
fractured leg & torn ACL
(this injury happened at the same time = my own fault= I returned to training 3 weeks after giving birth to my son, and competed 2/3months afterward.. I felt fine in class but didn't realize that my bones and joints were still weak from child birth)
Forgive me if I forgot some, but considering how long I've been in martial arts that's not bad!!
Mostly they were my own fault, didn't take precautions.. I constantly remind my students to take better care of themselves.

the nose
Messing with my wife,a little slap fight wing chun style play And I keep whacking her in the head and telling her she hit like a girl.... a few more times and she was getting mad but under control of her temper she slipped under my advance at whacking her again left hook to my mid section and right hook to the nose.
Only time in my 8yrs competing that I got a broken nose. From my wife I commended her for her technique. Excellent form and timing was perfect, I didn't expect it.
saying goes expect the unexpected
I've been training in various MA for over twenty years, I enjoy teaching and training MMA/ muay thai fighters, I enjoy helping them with their stand up fighting and their nerves how to process their fight prep like a warrior. nerves can get the best of a fighter.
Every finger (excluding thumbs)
4 or 5 toes
2 ribs
Nose (a dozen times or so)
Torn, sprained, ripped, or generally f-ed up:
Both knees
Both shoulders
Neck
Wrist
Ankles
A few concussions, and the usual bruises and cuts and whatever.
And once, someone jammed their thumb so far into my eye that his nail cut the 'whatever' on the back of the eye socket (I don't recall exactly how the doctor put it). I finished the match with blood and some watery goo running down my face.
I've been very fortunate, considering all the years I have spent training. So my list is short:
1) Dislocated knee from well-placed shin kick
2) Broken nose from dropping my guard while sparring a teenage female black belt (Taught me to never, ever underestimate a girl.)
3) Bruised (possibly cracked) ribs from one of lady_fighter's deadly spinning sidekicks
4) Many bruises and cuts

For me, nothing overly serious. One or two cracked ribs, knee hyperextension, and the worst bruise I ever saw from doing a low kick and my partner blocking with his knee. I was limping for about three days. Bleeding nose and minor bruises countless times. And this is during the course of eight years. I can only imagine the things to come through getting more serious about full-contact training
edit: forgot getting kicked in the groin a few times and concussions from being thrown at ridiculous angles
