Heel injury...

Ya... I know this is fairly stupid of me, but i accidentally kick a chair when doing some spinning hook kicks... Now my heel hurts pretty badly. I got through school, but it was kinda hard to walk kinda not. it's gotten a little better since this morning... Should i be worried?

Probably bruised or sprained. If it goes on for more than a week and a half then go see a doctor.

The moment it happened, a ice pack could have been applied.

This may sound stupid, but my house doesn't really have any ice -.-" has a freezer/fridge but no ice... I thought that it wasn't really anything the time my foot hit that chair. it hurt, but not that bad, so i didn't think that i would need to apply any medicines, or ice (if i had any) to it... I was sadly mistaken... next morning it hurt incredibly badly when i got up and stepped on it, not realizing it's gotten worse...

Bags of frozen veggies work really well as makeshift ice packs.
No point in worrying about the past, though you now know for the future, if you didn't before.
Personally, I wouldn't wait a week and a half of barely being able to walk. If it's something serious, like a broken bone, I would only wait a few days (maybe until Monday) If it shows no improvement at all, I'd go to the doctor. However, if it gets a bit better, I might be willing to wait it out a bit. If at any point the pain plateaus, off to the doctor.
Also, I'd suggest Tylenol or aspirin (aspirin's better in my case). Not so much for the pain-reducing aspect, but for the anti-inflammatory aspect. Often an injury is slowed from healing by one of the body's own tactics, swelling. The body is trying to fight an infection that isn't there (it's doing more than that, really), but the end result is that you move your limb weird, causing more harm than good.
Lastly, but most importantly, take it easy. Try and stay off your feet as much as possible.

Bags of frozen veggies are good but sirdarksol didnt say it remember to put a towel or something over it or it will stick to your skin.

Actually didn't know that. The only time I've ever seen it done has been in camp where there is no actual freezer, so I'm sure the veggies weren't as cold as the ones straight from your freezer.

Makes sense. I've had a Popsicle stick to my tongue before, and that wasn't fun. I imagine a bag of veggies stuck to your skin wouldn't be any more fun.
