The End has a spectacular aura about

Neck pain. Again!

Was in BJJ class Tuesday and while in my opponent's guard, he tried to do a sitting roll-over sweep which i leaned in and blocked with my head, something I have done many times and I heard a loud "Crack!" in my neck. I finished out the round but my neck had been sore the rest of the day, got up for work and reported to duty with it feeling even more sore on the back of my neck slightly to the right. Still sore and I am hoping it is just a pulled muscle. Wanted to do some dead lifts today but thought better of it. Hoping it stops hurting by tomorrow because i have class again then.
