....god i wish i was as smart as these youtubers.... i mean this guy was an MMA coach!
Can you think of any actor that can come close to play Mr Miyagi character in this next sequel. I know, we let a CGI character to portray him. Hey, they did it with the Gollom character in Lord of the Ring. This CGI character can do lots of stuffs that the late Pat Morita couldn't do because of his age back then.

What about David Carradine or Chuck Norris? Maybe a non-martial artist like Morgan Freeman (the guy is like acting 10th Dan).
As for the CGI, as long as they don't get the CGI guys from the first Hulk movie.

Not those guys. Their characters have been fossilized in our minds already. David carradine and chuck norris are all set in the way they act on whatever movies they're in. It is the movies that have to be adjusted to accommodate their characters.

Seems like there will be as many Karate Kid flicks as Rambo, Rocky, Predator, Alien, Saw, Friday The 13th, Halloween, Superman, Batman, Indiana Jones....did I leave out any?

I liked the last Rocky, it covered the crappiness from Rocky V.

You left out Spiderman, the Bourne series and of course Starwars (come on what's next, a prequel to the prequel?).
Yes. Sooon everyone would start of with the "Son Of", "Grandson Of", and "Great Grandson Of"
They already do, but they call it lineage. For example, I was trained by Bruce Lee's, cousin's, nieghbour's, laundry lady's husband.
(Yeah it's an old joke but I just couldn't help it).
