ok thanks for the advise. but why does the meat have to be pink in the middle?
Pink has its cons.
All bacteria is not discharged.
Processed meat should be cooked fully.
Cook meat slowly with lower heat. This means stew, bake or microwave. At high heats, proteins in meat (and to a lesser extent in poultry and fish) form heterocyclic amines (HCAs), which are potent carcinogens. Reduced heat creates fewer HCAs. And broiling produces fewer carcinogens than grilling.
Tartar is another story.

I disagree. Red has the cons that you have stated above. However a mild pink mean the meat is fully cooked but undamaged. All bacteria has been booted out. Now it has to noted that when I say meat I mean Beef, Lamb, Venison and Buffalo. Always cook chicken and pork thoroughly. These two carry heaps of bacteria and will indeed fall under the catagory Maritalman has stated above. Thanks for reminding me to make the distinction. There might be some very sick people if anyone tries to eat pink chicken...
Getting back to cardio endurance. When you say rest you arent referring to the cardiovascular system itself, are you? Are you referring to the stress that I put on my legs?
Is it possible for the body to repair itself faster just by increasing the amount of protein you ingest or is time still a factor?
Back in the day, 4yrs now, I used to take Creatine. With how juiced I felt on that stuff I can only imagine how steroids make people feel. I used to play ball for hours and then lift and never failed a set, I felt like Superman. My question is, what are the pros and cons of creatine use from your experience?

It wasn't to look for a disagreement or creative "negativity". A explanation of what meat is the subject.
Also, a recipe would be a nice example-yummy

For the cardio the stress is actually on your whole energy system and also your nervous system. After hardcore intervals and hill sprints and the like the nervous system gets tired, so interchanging with easy as cardio can assist recovery whilst helping to maintain conditioning.
For the protein yes, if you increase the amount you ingest you will recover faster to an extent. But you need to increase it over the whole day rather then just one meal as you know there is a limit to how much one can absorb in one sitting.
For the creatine there are a few cons. If you stay on it for too long and don't cycle your body can actually become reliant and stop producing it. Two months on one off is a good benchmark. Also if you are using poor grade creatine you might be spending more quality time with your toilet. Other then that creatine is awesome. If you use it right there are no cons and it basically supercharges ones performance and therefore gains.
Sweet, looks like I'm getting back on the juice. How do you tell which grade is which?
Also, I did go ahead and start the squat/deadlift workout because I liked the short rest periods. And that is one of the hardest workouts ever!!!!!!!!!! I am going out today and buying a lifting belt.

Well I am a bit out of the scene now but I remember micronised grade was excellent since it tended not to sit in the stomach for too long. You might have to do a bit of research on the new products if there are any.
I am glad that you like it but did you remember to use your half your ten rep max for the squats/deads? If you have and you still feel you need a lifting belt then go for it.
I'm still guesstimating the weights. I used 175 on the squats and 185 on deadlift. The squat weight was fine, so I'll go up today. The deadlift was def too heavy I think I only got six sets, I'll go down to about 150.
The belt is more precautionary than anything. I cant see myself not finishing the squat sets. So I'll be getting pretty heavy, especially for that volume, rather soon. Plus deadlifts are still new to me so I know my form has to be lacking at some point during the movement.
What effect does beer have on the body?

Haha, that question came out of nowhere. Well, its has your normal alchoholic effects in addition to having quite a few calories. Too much alchohol can slow down recovery though so whilst a person is training hard it is best to lay off it or restrict one self to one drink.
Alchohol can actually be beneficial in small doses. Starting ones day with a small shot of sake or what would be a 1/4 of a glass of wine is very healthful. It gets the body up to speed and helps protect against illness. In asian countries it is common for older people to drink a small amount of alchohol at night to protect against the cold and disease. I don't have my research on hand for this one so take it for what it is.
Were in the middle of a heat wave and I've been doing my conditioning in it. What kind of positives can I expect to see because of it? Or am I wasting my time and being very dangerous?
I have seemed to developed plantar fasciatis (sp?). How major can it become if I keep training and dont take time off?
Also will anti-inflammatory drugs, Aleve etc..., be a hinderence to my workouts?

How can i reduce sleep healthily and still be awake and alert in the mornings and rest of the day. I've heard about a way so you only can have 3 hours sleep and still be healthy ?

Well for the first part you will develop mental toughness but that would be it. You do have to be careful though, if your body gets too hot it melts. Seriously, melting muscles not cool. As for your condition get specialised help. Training through it is not recommended at all. Anti inflammatory drugs will help you work through it, however the pain means that something is broken, and working through it means you will make it more broken. Its what many collage athletes do their whole short career and wind up with life long injuries. So definatly get pro help with that.

I have heard of this myself and read the research however their measure of 'healthy' is dubious at best. Personally I feel the least you should have per night is five hours. The best way to do this is with an alarm clock
No magic tricks, make yourself tired to go to sleep at the right time, then use an alarm to get the desired number of winks. Over the course of a few weeks this will become your sleeping pattern. To start with caffiene can help with feelings of sleepiness during the day, also eating a healthy diet will reduce your sleep requirements anyway. Interestingly, people who do little during the day feel they need more sleep, whereas people who lead an active and healthy lifestyle often feel the need for much less sleep. Inactivity breeds inactivity. So get your alarm clock set, get off your ass and start eating well.
I am not endorsing the use of caffeine in anything, rather I am giving out all options. Caffeine is a bad, bad substance. But can be useful at times. Like if you're a truck driver.
Good stuff Spinach. I'll get it checked out in a week or two. I just tested and I want to see if am getting the nod to skip a belt. Cant find out if I dont go to class, I just feel weird asking. So hopefully they give me a new belt on Tuesday, the sooner the better!

1) What do you mean by "melting muscles"? I know the muscles aren't actually becoming liquid (that would be a much more serious problem), so what actually is happening?
2) You say caffeine is bad, however, a lot of diet pills contain stimulants and they tell you to avoid caffeine while taking them? Are their better kinds of stimulants than caffeine that are being used in these diet pills?
3) In general, what do you think about the advise on this site: TESTOSTERONE NATION
