good shin conditioning

I just found a new way to condition your shins for muay thai.
you take a glass bottle something thick (like a sobe bottle) and you roll it up and down your shins 50 times each counting one breath. then when you are done with the 50 you go on and bang the bottle against your shins 30 times.
you do the rolls 5 sets, and the bangs 3 sets.

another thing is that none of this is supposed to hurt really bad, only you should still feel it working. when you roll you should also tilt it towards the inside of your shin to the side opposite the muscle right under/by your shin

Also a rolling Pin works well and less likely to break
