Nowadays,I usually train all week 30 minites a day.I wanting to ump it up to an hour,but I'm not sure i can do it.

I am now training 3 hours a day, and another 1 hour for break dancing. Break Dancing is also a good way to develop balance, and dynamic strength

training

I train usually 2-3 classes per week, but train with guys about 5 days a week. But if you count watching fight videos/techniques etc as training, then I guess I train everyday
