Martial Arts Training

Started WTF Tae Kwon Do (Kukkiwon certification)training at age 62 in 2000. 3rd Dan. Master S. Lawson 6th Dan from start. Master Tolbert 4th Dan also.
We add weapons and grappling after 1st Dan.

I got to hand it to you, motrellek. Starting a contact sport at 62. I don't know about anyone else, but for nothing else that got huge respect from me.
