I work a full time 9:30-6pm IT job.

I work out Mon-Fri from 6:45-8:15 am

Mon and Thurs I have Enshin Class 6:30-7:30 pm

Wed night I do Kyokushin 7:30-9

Saturday I do Kyokushin 9am -12pm.

I work one job, min 50 hr work week. Some weekends. I had two schools, but "turned them over" to former students. I work out privately and conduct self-defense workshops.
