The rectus abdominus ones, add running as well.
But don't aim low, go for an 8 pack. Be 2 up on everybody else.

I'm not sure if you know this, but keep in mind, your abs need 2 days rest, so ideally you shouldn't work out every day.

Home Country: | Ab work is needed, but to make the muscles visible, you also need to lose bodyfat. Do some cardiovascular training and make sure your diet is healthy, if it isn't already. |

Abs; you'll never get a full six pack if you neglect your obliques and don't do core excercises. Do bridges fluter kicks and so on along with your crunches and then also do twists with a medicine ball or free weights. If you don't do oblique exercises al you'll ever get is a 4 pack with love handles.

These can be worked with crunches but you have to twist with such as touching elbow to oppisite knee.

Home Country: | Don't forget the importance of proper diet and shedding fat. You could have the hardest abs muscles but if they are covered by the blubber, no one can see that. The muscles lie underneath the fat layer so unless the fat layers are thin enough for muscles to shine through, it won't look good. That's when the 6-pack abs becomes the party ball abs. It's not that the muscles disappeared, the muscle definition is hidden by the layer of fat on top. |
