animated power rangers

i read on a website that power rangers will be an animated series starting in 2009, i think it sounds like a lame idea, i was curious what other people thought about it.

animated power rangers? Sounds interesting to say the least. I haven't been a huge power ranger fan except for the first season but we'll see.

I don't know. I think it might play better as an animiated series. Those foam monster and robot suits always looked ridiculous to me.

Well it wouldn't cost so much if they did it animated because some of the actors they hire have zero martial arts ability. Except for a short few but oh well.

Yeah... that.

I always though of Power Rangers as a Japanimation cartoon in live action.

The Western Power Rangers got lame after the first few seasons, the Japanese superhero stuff is much cooler.

ditto that. All they have to do is make the costumes look real instead of cheesy and they have a winner. Hell 4 year olds can tell that stuff is fake, not a good sign.
