To me, the site still looks like it's kind of new. Like more things still has to be added and stuff. I think that's all it is. The site could use a little more "color" I think though. It does look kind of plain. But then again, I'm guessing that's because it still is fairly new? I'm pertty sure it will all come together soon Good luck~

No problem, you're welcome Just keep working at that site. The items, the prices, the quality, and commitment all seems to be there. With much more items to come i'm sure.
First of all, the site really looks good. I agree that you can add some thing to make it better, but overall it looks very clean and well thought out. I really like the logo.
Now for the constructive criticism:
1) More color may be more appealing.
2) A larger picture of the products once you click on it would be nice to see detail - remember it's hard to see exactly what you are getting from such a small picture.
3) I am very interested in the uniforms you offer (Hardware), but there is no picture or explaination of the style of the uniform. Is it a "Gi" style or can you get it in different styles? May need more description on this.
4) You may want to make sure you have someone go through the site and just check for spelling typos and such - those things can really make a site look unprofessional and they happen to all of us. (I noticed the word coming spelled with 2 m's in one place)
As I said, I think it looks really good, but it could be better (as with anything). Keep working at it and you'll get it as near perfect as you can (keep in mind that nothing is perfect). Great job thus far. Keep up the good work.
You could always gain more business through advertising where martial artists hang out, such as this site maybe?
We have other major martial arts supply store KarateDepot.com paying for advertising spot with their banner in this forum and many other martial arts sites we own.
If you are interested, you can contact me through PM for more information.

Also while in the thought of advertisment. In addition to what bro. Complete said... Also try advertising through MA magazines like black belt, inside kung-fu, etc....
There are several martial arts/fight magazines out there that you could get your advertisment in
You could also get mailing addresses of schools and send out brochours or catalogs. However I don't know how that exactly works its just a thought

One more thing... Weapons!
I notice that there isn't that big of a varity, however I'm sure that will change as you begin to grow. Then maybe when I decide to continue upgrading my weapon collection you company will be a good place to look

Thank you for your constructive criticism. I always look to see how I can improve my self and the company, and the best way is to hear directly from the customer. To answer a few of the things you mentioned:
1) Picture of the uniform- Unfortunately we do not have the uniforms yet, they are in production right now. We do have a sample uniform that the production company sent us, but no label on it yet. So it will be on the release date that the uniform picture will be on the site. Also, because we do not have the product yet, we will not collect any money on pre-orders. We will only collect money when the uniforms arrive, and after we have confirmed with the customer that they still want the uniform.
2) The initial release of Hardwear will be a traditional, heavyweight, Karate style gi. We do plan to have other style available, such as Judo, and possibly others. (I Can’t really talk too much about it yet, it is still “Company Classified Info”, and it is still in the works.)
3)Thank you for pointing out the typos, I will get my Manager, on it right away. You are absolutely right; it does not represent a professional image to have typos on the website. I do apologize for this, but we actually construct our own website. We do this to help keep our overhead low, so we can offer lower prices on our equipment.
4) Larger pictures- That is something we have not quite learned how to do yet, but we will get on it immediately.
The official release date of our uniform has now been pushed back to 25 Sep 2006. I do apologize for this, but we had some difficulties with our supplier. If you like, just e-mail us to reserve one for you, if you still want the uniform when they are released, we will then charge you when we ship it out. (Again, because the uniforms are not here yet, we will not accept any money until they arrive, in case there is an un-expected delay with the production.)
I'm glad you took my comments constructively. Hope I was able to help out. Do you know the size and placement of the "Hardware" logo on the uniform? That is a factor for me as my school is pretty strict about the doboks we wear.

Yes, the size of the Hardwear label will be 2” wide, and 3” long. One logo will be placed on the inside of the jacket, and the other logo will be on the outside of the pants, right below the waistband on the left.
