    The closest thing would be a belly to back off of a duck under. Since you don't have a gi to grab on to and an elbow bind wouldn't be tight enough you'd have to duck under take the back gabel grip and throw.

    It's VERY important to stay upright when trying this sweep, don't go back on your back and try to lift the guy, go to the side
