    Yea, Jeff trained in Northern VA and used to instruct there as well. We are down in N VA a lot to train although I have yet to make the trip. The guys from the N VA school come up a lot to train with us as well. They were just here this weekend training for the worlds (i think thats what they were training for). If you are ever interested in coming up, let me know. We always have visitors and Jeff does a great job of incorporating them into the class and working on what they are interested in or even letting them show us some stuff.

    Hey Joe, I dont want to post where I train online but I train in State college PA at Raptor BJJ. My instructor is a Brown Belt, Jeff Rockwell. My class is great and I only have good things to say about the class and Jeff...but I just kinda feel uncomfortable mentioning the name online. Here is the link to my school:
