First muay thai class tonight
Title should say it all

Due to not having time to train at my karate place, I'm going to check out a beginner's muay thai class. The teacher is a WPKA European champion according to the flyer, though I haven't heard about that org yet. I'm kind of anxious for some reason, so wish me luck

Woo I just got home and I'm completely trashed but it was awesome We did circuit training (I think that's the term), 7 stations, 2 exercises at each, they included shadow boxing, bagwork, jump rope, medicine ball exercises, bodyweight strength stuff and lots more. After that we did some clinch work and low kicks, which topped it off real nice.

All in all, I loved it and I plan on going back regularly
