Budoka is on a distinguished road

Thumbs down

Has anyone heard of the Ninja "Hero: Arie van de Akker" from Europe?

He say's he is a Ninja master.
He studied first in the Black Dragon Ninjitsu of Ashida Kim. Then he changed the name. To Kurikumo Goshido Ninjitsu.

I have doubts of his claims.

Look on:

What do you think? Is socols Sensei Arie van den Akker a Ninja master? Can he be?

Or is he a fraud? Please reply.

I've never heard of him before.

Can't say really one way or another, but there seems to be a lot of controvery with anything related to Ashida Kim.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet, especially when it comes to martial arts claims.

Most people who attach names or claims, actually lack merit of their own skills to speak for itself.

Does he seem to know martial arts? Can he teach a class? If so, he isn't really a fraud.

Know martial arts from self-study per research books and vids.....

Teach from what was learned from such.....

Is this still a qualified individual....

The source of the information is irrelevant. If he is teaching good stuff for his intended goal (physical fitness, fun, self defense, whatever) and is capable of getting to people to understand how to improve, then he is a good teacher.

Granted, only learning from books and videos will reduce the odds that he can teach something for self-defense provided that he never had to use it.

So much for the source of info. Of course the source of info is important.

Simply - bad sources, bad teachings
