it doesnt really matter if u use I or U in ninjutsu....the Kanji translation is the same. so theres really no right or
wrong way in ninjutsu/ ninjitsu
but typically traditional schools will use ninjutsu. while the Ecclectic schools use ninjitsu.
when it comes to media such as video games, cartoons, movies, etc it depends you'll see alot of I's an sometimes U's
my take on that part is the creators of the show's knowledge on MA

People use the I because the americans(the whole continent) pronunce Ninjutsu in a wierd way, just like when brazilians say jiu jitsu instead of ju jutsu
I think Shinobi said it best. The difference in spelling is just simple semantics and nothing more.
