So I can't simply be myself without some idiot who knows I practice the martial arts pretending to pull off a ninja stance and saying "Hiyah!"?
Ever heard of "asking for it"?
When you take to strolling the malls with mommy wearing a gi and sporting a flea-market sword, while talking like a comic book about things you know next to nothing about you have to ask yourself who the "idiot" is.

Touche'......
Which is why I staed;
And by reading some of your posts (as well as some other members), I can see why[/i]

from mine they dont. even the ones that do usally wait till they are losing and if you feel the person is the kind to do something like that when their losing you dont give them the chance to you keep beating until they cant fight anymore or tell they arnt a threat anymore.

I think then the confrontation may have reached the point where our survival may require the useage of lethal techniques.

yes but only if its is trully needed. i would attempt to use mostly just high damaging like breaks and such, a few broken ribs and a broken arm and shoulder should keep him down

I agree. Less risk of legal trouble...Also, perhaps instead of him dying a dishonourable death, mabye you might have taught him a lesson, and he may even reform, turn over a new leaf...or something like that.

ok,let me first apologize for my lack of patience for not reading each and every one of these posts, but after the first ten, it seemed like this crap would go on and on. 47, bro, you have more patience than me-but you are older than me too!Perhaps one day I will get there, but NOT TODAY!
Ok, did I miss this guy posting a vid of him doing something that nobody in centuries of martial arts development has missed?
Did he never hear of the elusive lead? Initial movement? These are terms I learned in the seventies when learning Kenpo, and in JKD, and from Jack Dempsey.(books-I ain't that old)This guy thinks he reinvented the wheel. Evidently, he doesn't get out much.
Let it go.
You will not convince him, just as I couldn't convince the guy I'd met at the Rennaisance Faire that the style of combat he developed after the Mallard Duck wouldn't be street effective.
Just let it go.
