Chinese food

Totally agree it was adapted for western tastes, but I think people who as never been to China would be in for a shock when it comes to original food, in saying that different provinces in China have their own variations on Chinese food

I love the food in China but it is indeed different than what you find in the west. I'm studying martial arts here in China and we eat rarely eat sweet and sour chicken and eggrolls, but the food is wonderful!

Chinese history and culture, Chinese food in America is really just a variation and in some cases completely different from traditional Chinese food. It was made by Chinese immigrants trying to start restaurants, and developing food that was more to American tastes.
Yes, a Chinese Cuisine outside China does NOT serve trad. Chinese food...

Hi Jeanie, no i'm not at su's school anymore. The quality is not what it once was. In fact I wouldn't recomend it to anyone. I am friends now with many of the students there because of the close proximity of our schools and many of them are unhappy. Some of thier students have come to our school also. Master Su is not a very well respected man in this area anymore. But please don't mention the name of his school because i am not intending to bad mouth him. I just want other students to know of other schools in our area. Interest though that your son was partners with him. Small world isnt it?

But it is very true they like to take your money but have nothing in your name, My son's school is not like this he did it the correct way with everything he needed for his school...
I do like China as a country to Visit but to be honest I really do not think I could live there for ever but to visit,,, it is an unbeleivable place, and i am not just saying this because its where my son's school is but Taining is the most beautiful place I have ever been, and i have been to a lot of countries, Taining is the real China with beautiful waterfalls , mountains , lots of Temples to visit and lots more...
I last went their for two monthes Apart from missing western food I had a really good time...Its always the food that I miss, The food in China is nothing like the food you buy from our chinese Take-Aways you get in the western world...
hope to chat again best wishes jeanie

Yes, gou rou is raised livestock like chicken, sheep, cow, etc., elsewhere. Foods of one culture, may seem apalling to another.

In India, they freak when Occidentals eat beef.
