Running SchoolsDiscuss topics related to running the schools - insurance, lease, equipments, promotions, etc.
I don't thik there is a larger chance of them being bad or breaking away a nd starting their own school, as long as they agree with the way you are running the school yourself...
The biggest issue over and above all the problem being discussed is that I am in Adelaide South Australia. Very small only 1 million in the whole state. It would take a very special person with high level of talent and values for me to consider hiring from outside of my own student base.
Oh, you've got it hard, try just to hire more people only if you see they are capable of teaching a class and well... try not to bring in new students until you get more instructors.

Consider yourself fortunate that there isnt cause he would start his own before going to you.
The problem in US cites or states is the mass grouping of schools.
So the rate to develop a clientele base is harder, and students are not so loyal, eso after BB.

First off, you say you have 10 in your instructor training program, but that they are young. How young are we talking and can you begin making use of them on the floor? Keep in mind, that in many cases, you can have your other instructors or instructors in training oversee some of the drills, but you hand the actual instruction.
For example: You are going over a new form with a group of students. You teach the form (or a section of the form), then assign an appropriate number of the instructors in training to help make corrections while you do the same AND evaluate how each instructor in training is doing.

This is basically how I do things, I am mainly interested as to what numbers these large school handle per instructor. Things are working ok at the moment but I am just planning for the later part of the year as we usually take in 100 new members each year. My training instructors are about 15-17years with a few adults.
