2007 - 08 season is underway.

Any predictions? I'm seeing (and hoping) the Rangers take the Cup.

Raners

I don't know you but I like you. I have been a Rangers fan since I was a little kid. I saw 'Gump' Worsley (The Gumper), Jim Nielson 'The Indian" and Andy Bathgate. When Jim came down the ice war chants would break out all over the stadium. Andy Bathgate was a boxer. Andy could box on skates. When Andy threw the loves off blood flew all over the ice. It was like ‘I went to the fights and a hockey game broke out’.
My father owned a bar across the street from the old MSG. I used to get in for free. Me and all my friends would stand for the 1st period & when the ushers saw the empty seats we had our pick. Because all the ushers used come into ‘O’Brien’s Corner’ to drink I ot to know them all. I was the most popular kid on the block.
I still love the Rangers.
Thanks,
Sensei Tom

They're a strong team...Gretzky played for them in his career too, if I recall correctly.

Do you still go to games? My dad's got partial season, so I get the extras every once in a while, but not as often as I'd like.

And yes, Gretzky finished out his last 3 season with the Rangers.
