Apparently, the setting was in a way where blackbelts, redbelts, and bluebelts were not able to upload pictures.

Home Country: | I didn't seem to have a problem with it but you had better put the picture in the right section as if you don't you can't change it later. That sucks but I had to make a admin or mod do something when I messed up one.

I maybe a old Buzzard, but Ive been using computers for some time (even during the days of using 5.25 floppies to boot up a system)
