seeing the new posts on this thread. i took a look at the vid again an noticed you got quite a good defense with your

hands up. alot of tkd schools kinda slack off on that. does that come from your boxing background, or is that how your tkd school is, or both?

It's from my boxing background mostly, but then I brought it to my school. Now it is there too . It always bothers me when I see videos of fights with people with their hands down because I am constantly reminding my students not to drop them.
