TKD wtf sparring

I just came back from a very Intense Olympic sparring clinic.
Even though I used to look a little bit down on wtf sparring because it made it look like just a sport I'm finding out it is something I really I want to do.
I get such a thrill out of fighting in a ring and competing.


My school does wtf sparring but we still have alot of self defence, froms, special technics classes and stuff like that so it's still is Traditional
Tae Kwon Do.

I was just wondering if there anybody on here that has been to team trials of has been on the Jr USA tae kwon do team. if so I would really like to know what it's like and what to susppect.

So what is Traditional TaeKwonDo??? TaeKwonDo was founded after the Korean War... Also, If you mean ITF is traditional TKD, you're wrong. ITF has a lot of Karate Elements in it, while WTF is TKD..
