TKD3D - TaeKwonDo Software

Hello Everyone!

I found this TKD software on the net, called TKD3D. TKD3D - Taekwondo 3D
Before I buy it; has anyone tried these softwares?

It looks great, but you never know...

I didn't read much of it, but I saw the intro clip. Looks pretty neat. I am guessing this program lets you click "play" to see the move preformed, and you can make it go in slo mo to watch it more carefully. If that is what it is, then it could be really useful.

I'm really not sure about this. I don't know how much more useful a computer program like this is in comparison to a video. (Unless you are planning to rip the 3D animations off to put into a Half-life 2 mod or something. ) The reason I say this is simply that these 3D models were probably developed through motion capture meaning there will be the slight imperfections that you would see in a video combined with the added imperfections of the limits of computer graphics. Finally, the graphics themselves look pretty mild. Given enough time a skilled computer animator using the Doom 3 or Half-Life 2 graphics engines could make something with better graphics and more realistic physics.

My advice, save your money and watch the same techniques from the same countless number of angles available on youtube. Let me get you started:

Ok, Thanks Chapel!

But the cool thing is, I can add different sequences of animation together, so I can make all sorts of different scenarios, which I cant to with a video tape:P

Ok!
I e-mailed the Creator of the game a few days ago, and asked when the Macintosh version would be available. He said it would be available really soon...
As my Mac is a laptop, and my pc is a stationary... So I'd rather buy it for my mac, so that I can practice on the roof of our apartment building, where there actually are two TKD mats and one Judo Mat
