It mostly seems like you want the easiest path you can get. This, being brutally honest, is a mind set that is doomed to failure... but, if you really want a list, do this twice a week.

2 Minute Rounds, 1 Minute Rests
Round 1: do 100 front kicks
Rest
Round 2: do 100 turning kicks
Rest
Round 3: do 100 side kicks
Rest
Round 4: do 100 back kicks
Rest
Round 5: do 100 front kicks
Rest
Round 6: do 100 turning kicks
Rest
Round 7: do 100 side kicks
Rest
Round 8: do 100 back kicks

If you can survive that, start to bring your kicks higher. If you are kicking head height and not gasping for air by the end of it, then I should be asking you for advice.
This is a great start. This is what i do and it is a great workout. You will also perfect your technique. Pay attention to details, don't just do it. Do the forms that you know 10 times a day. And push away from the table. Leave the sweets and starchy foods alone. Drink alot of water. No more soft drinks. I have been big all my life. So, I am talkiing to myself as well.

No, your not dumb. You have to compensate for the way brain interprets words. Take your time. Make sure everything is spelled correctly before sending, use the spell check if neccessary. Read books on it or listening to learning tapes that can help you. It takes more work at the start but it will become automatic. Work on reading and your martial arts. You will improve if you practice.

Matt, I have dislexia too, so you aren't alone in that. You just have to work at it and retrain your mind and eyes a bit. Spell check is an awsome tool also

As far as your work out routine goes, no one here knows you and your strengths and limitations better than you do. There are many great suggestions here and you could use them to make your own work out regimen. I would talk to your doctor, your sensei, and a personal trainer if you can manage to afford one then decide what you want to include in your work outs.

Rather O.T. but where is the grammar check? Since my first language is not english I have grammar errors and I'll like to know which are the errors in order to improve my written english.

Spell check is intrinsic to Firefox, isn't it?

I can say that grammar check is not included, but then I am not even sure if one exists.

Anyway, we will put this forum's foremost grammar NAZIs on 24-hour Ninjutsu Panama watch.
