Home Country: | No need to wear a sauna suit, that would really only help you if you were cutting for a competition. It is only going to help you cut water weight which you will regain by drinking water.
Doing all the forms you know at high intensity would be a work out. A series of kicks on each leg 20 times each would be a work out. Running, push ups, sit ups, sparring if you have a partner... basically anything that you would normally do in class. |

Home Country: | I'm sorry. I am not exactly sure what you mean. If you are looking for a youtube video, you don't need one. Basically you should just run yourself through a section of class. When choosing your routine, I suggest doing mostly stuff you are very good at, with only a little challenging stuff. This is to keep up the intensity of the work out.
For instance, you are really good at front, turning and side kick, but struggling with back kick. For the kicking section of your class, do two groups of 20 front kicks, turning kicks and side kicks but only one group of back kicks. Save the back kicks for last as they can serve as something of a cool down exercise (because you have to slow down and think about them before you kick). |

| I think that you want to work at home, right?
Joining a dojo( I think it was dojang in Korean situations) would be your solution. With people around you, you'd be more willing to do it. |

Home Country: | Matt Chapel has given good advice. You can also speak to your instructor about what he might want you to work on.

that is what i am looking for | Unfortunately a static workout like that isn't the best thing for you. It is much better if you vary it over the course of the week and change it over time. From day to day you would want to focus on different parts of your body and from week to week, you would want to focus on different aspects of martial arts training.
It mostly seems like you want the easiest path you can get. This, being brutally honest, is a mind set that is doomed to failure... but, if you really want a list, do this twice a week.
2 Minute Rounds, 1 Minute Rests
Round 1: do 100 front kicks
Rest
Round 2: do 100 turning kicks
Rest
Round 3: do 100 side kicks
Rest
Round 4: do 100 back kicks
Rest
Round 5: do 100 front kicks
Rest
Round 6: do 100 turning kicks
Rest
Round 7: do 100 side kicks
Rest
Round 8: do 100 back kicks
If you can survive that, start to bring your kicks higher. If you are kicking head height and not gasping for air by the end of it, then I should be asking you for advice. |
