Feel free to post your favorite.

To do myself? Tough call. There are pieces of most of the ones I've learned so far that I love doing.
To watch? Hands down, Keumgang (though Koryo is also awesome). It's generally neat looking, first of all. But also - and this is really awful of me, I know - one of the big, body-building sorts at the gym always looks like he's trying to win a Mr. Universe competition in the mountain blocks, which makes me giggle. Inwardly, of course.

I like Keumgang as well, It's currently my highest poomsae. I like Koryo for is elegance. Keumgang is all about power and balnce, which also makes it bueatiful.
I think kuemgang doesn't make much sense as far as fighting techniques though.

My favorite form is also korto, hands down. It's just really fun to watch and although I hate to admit it, another big reason is that I feel really cool when I do it.
I also like tae keuk jil yang. For basically the same reasons.

Haha, nothing wrong with that! Just please tell me you don't put on the "damn, I'm so cool" face that I see so many people do. Nothing ruins a poomsae like that expression.

Definitely not intentionally. But I don't really monitor my facial expressions during poomsae, so...

I have been monitoring my facial expressions during my poomsae. My master commented that my face gets too tense. I have been trying to keep my face relaxed.

See, I've never had that problem. In fact, I actually tend to get to relaxed during poomsae and end up not putting forth the effort I should. I think I've pretty much rectified that problem though.

Well, judging by your profile, you practice mostly grappling arts. that would probably be why you're not into kata or poomsae. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think ANY grappling arts use poomsae. Only striking arts.
