If you go to my youtube site and click on playlist..tang soo do and go to the 4th page there is a set of forms there. I also read the complete Tang So Do manual from white belt to black belt Vol1 by Grand Master Ho Sik Pak. Which is very good. Another good book I am reading is Hwa Rang Do Defend Takedown Submit by Taejoon Lee please read the dedicaion, preface intro..etc..There is great information in this book.

Taejoon Lee, now the 8th degree blackbelt in Hwa Rang Do, was my instructor almost 20 years ago.
I haven't formally trained since so I don't have anything to compare. But, comparing it to how the training was back in Korea when I was taking them, the training in America is much more mellow. (legal reasons)
