Perfecting my Tang Soo Do skills

Along with training, I am looking for a good demonstration of Tang Soo Do forms, one steps and self defense. I really want to increase my knowledge of hand to hand combat. Does any know of anything that can help with at home practicing?

Not sure if it's what you're looking for but strength and speed training would help compliment any martial art. Stuff like weights or HIIT Cardio.

One thought is to have someone tape you while you're doing your forms and watching it to see where your technique is weak. You can then work on correcting the weaknesses, film it again, watch it agian, make more corrections, etc. An iteritive process like this should help you improve your forms.
