I want to see the Frankie Edgar fight, but the Randy Coture fight? Please....I mean, putting a guy up against Randy Couture on their debut fight? Is it cuz Randy's getting old?

James Toney is an elite level boxer putting him against someone that wasn't as good as Randy would be like the same thing Elite XC tried doiing with Kimbo.

Oh...Ok, that makes sense then. Thanks Tri. I just didn't know who he was.
James "Lights Out" Toney has actually had quite a storied boxing career. He was the IBF middleweight champ cleared out that division moved up to Super Midleweight won the IBF title their. Lost that title to Roy Jones Jr. Moved up to Cruiserweight won the OBF title their, I don't remember how he lost or vacated that title. Then moved up to Heavyweight and won the WBA title their but, was stripped of it after failing a post fight drug test.
He's been training MMA for the last year and a half which if I was his coach would be mostly wrestling practices. His hands are going to be the best in MMA just gotta see if he can stop a take down.
I'm interested in this fight a lot because this is the first high level boxer to enter MMA, the dude's boxing record is like 73-6. It kind of sucks though because he's past his prime but, it should be interesting. It's almost like Rocky vs Thunder Lips II

Maybe I'm wrong but I thought BJ should have won the first fight. I'm pretty sure that BJ is going to destroy Edgar.

BJ's corner men need to be fired. After the third round I mean crap you've lost on points already go for broke. I would have been all over BJ don't back up keep moving forward, if you get ko'd oh well. Besides it was unlikely the Edgar was going to knock out BJ he doesn't have the power. Bad fight he needs to change the group of people that are around him they just worship him to much.
Does anyone else think Yves Levigne needs to be fired as a ref? Jesus he really almost let Marcus Davis die in the ring, WTF was he thinking. "I better check him again to make sure he's out sure his eyes are rolled back in his head and his breathing is sparatic and the first time I checked his arm it didn't move but, what the hell he could just be taking a mid fight nap"
