Episode 3

Joey is a wuss. There is other way to describe him. All he did was whine and complain the whole time. He already lost the fight, all he had to do was just relax and stick around for few more weeks. Instead, he's a loser in front of all the TV viewers and MMA fans. How is his girlfriend is going to respect him now? Especially when he was worried that she may be messing around without him being around?

John came through with though he was under the weather. Billy looked so much in better shape, stronger, and a better wrestler. In this case, it was the experience that made the difference and Billy just choked.

How much longer can Hughes and Serra stand to be around each other without fighting?

I agree with complete. Joey needs to grow a pair. Not only did he give up on TUF but also any opportunity he had to be in the UFC and his position teaching at Serra's school. According to Serra (with the comment on him quitting high school) it sounds like that was what Joey always does. Its a pattern in his life that he needs to change.

AS for Billy...Its ashame that he choked. He didnt even fight. I guess that was because he only had 3 fights previous and way less experience in the octagon. I know that feeling though. Having a game plan ready and then as soon as they say fight your head just goes blank and you go totally against your game plan. Oh well. Hopefully he will just get used to it and get some more experience in.

How can all these "tough guys" be such babies? It totally shocks me that these guys train hard and get the opportunity to showcase their talents to become a part of the UFC and then they break down and just up and leave or do something stupid. Big mistake. I'm sure many of us have had to be away from home for extended periods of time for business trips and the like and can understand how it feels a little, but this is supposed to be what these guys wanted to do with their lives - why take up a spot that someone else could have if you are not committed 100%?

OK fight last night, went prety much as I expected.

Matt Hughes has really shocked me. He is almost taking a page from Tito this go round and actually showing compassion for his team by sharing his experiences and his views on many things. If this keeps up, I'll be a Matt Hughes fan, even with his egotistical comments.

On the other hand Serra has disappointed me a little - too much cussing and babysitting of Joey. Now that Joey is gone maybe he can focus on the team a bit more. I love the way he talks bad about Hughes, but Hughes always seems to take the higher road. Says alot about the two men in a personal respect.

Joey was pathetic. He pissed away a great opportunity, friendship with Matt Serra, and his word and his reputation. After the show airs, who's going to want to employee him? I wonder if his girl left him also.

I was just watching the contender (boxing version of TUF) and saw this guy lose his fight. He went back to his locker room, looked himself in the mirror and said...don't ever hang your down. That kid had heart! He shed a tear or two because he lost but you could tell it was because he felt like he let his family and others down. This kid had hart!

Joey from TUF on the other hand....
