How are you making it?
I did one using cut up squares of aluminum and leather ties. (The aluminium wass scratched and anodized in a rustic color)
For the Kabuto, I used a pith helmet as a base, and worked up from there. I cut out the Kabuto's suji-bachi out of aluminum pieces and curved them by hammering.
The whole thing looked so real, that a associate of a friend visting me purchased it.

Why are you building your own samurai armor? Taking over any farmlands for your duty bound master?
Of course! first i have to invade korea (again) , take over china and push back the Manchu (again) (also i won take over thier lands cause theyre just desert). Then im gonna build um...no..er...not terracota soldiers im gona build an army of porciline soldiers! Take that Emporer Qin! Then well, after i take over south east asia (again) (exet for thailand cause tony jaa will kick my butt) i will probably take over America, they seem to need a Shogunate.
