they would hit with some kind of inner-force and cause a lot of damage.
when sprung around would shield from projectiles,
or block spells with the brief winds from their spinning.
create earthquake in a line when hit on the ground,
even stab when thrown.
of course break anything and block any weapon
and why not connect the two kali making a jo

Id love a Northern style Staff just like Sun Wukong. It gives me amazing skills and chi power along with abilities such as TOTAL muscles control (meaning my body can look like whatever i want, and can do anything possible without going against the laws of matter save for physics). it makes me able to fight Wire fu style and also, i am the only one who can carry it. To be worthy, it takes a Pure Heart, and the Desire to do good and protect earth and all things beautiful. also, i want it to have the power to give me anything i desire as long as it doesnt go against peace and justice, or love and divinity.
i havent thought of a cool name for the staff but im working on it.
Yes it is influenced by the monkey king and Dragon Ball Z!!
How could a fantasy weapon be thought of without those?

I'll take one of the first that gives me the powers of the second without all those 'purity of heart' restrictions. I mean, come on, who wants a weapon with restrictions like that?
