50 push ups
40 leg raises
20 hard wood knuckle push ups
200 squats
then crunches till i can't crunch no more | Please stop doing knuckle push ups they serve no purpose and only increase your chance at injury. Switch to diamonds better for upper pec or, chair push ups good for core and lower pec.

I do all my pecs, arms, back, ab exercises and stretches on a 1cm thick yoga mat... I do the knuckle PU's on that, and it feels just like doing palm PU's on a warm wooden floor

I do a session of Judo on a Wednesday, and two on Thursday.
I also try to workout for 3 days.

Home Country: | I just started trying to up my routine to train everyday, to see what the effects are.
So now I train an hour a day + the 3 hour class once a week.
Here's how I motivated myself to keep up the experiement: 30 Day Budo Challenge
I know it's nothing compared to most of the serious martial arts trainers but it's a step in the right direction for me. |
