train 4 times a week:
2 times at dojo (jitsu)
1 time with MMA with friends
1 time grappling/self defense with brother
my workout routine which i do 3 times a week is :
50 push ups
40 leg raises
20 hard wood knuckle push ups
200 squats
then crunches till i can't crunch no more

My schedule now is pretty layed back. But starting soon, I plan to get at least 2 hours of practice each day at home. I am in athletic conditioning at school, so I don't have to worry so much about certain training. Just techniques and things like that. LD117 is very orginized in his workouts. He does like 3 hours a day which is what I call devoted.
i dont have a set schedule but i do train almost everyday, with the focus on external one dy then internal the next.
I've also worked martial arts training into like every thing. like playing video games in horse stance, working on techniques and other stuff whenever im not doing anything untill im have to do something, sleeping with 20-30 pound weights on my chest or stomach some days. conditioning all through some days etc

Leisure may not be an option for this indefatigable human instrument of martial arts. It is the Tao, sort to speak passably, that he his set on such credenda, to which he may not abdicate. It is the WAY, the Do, of what certitude he has.
Lol, forgot to add in the "strength training program":P
So basically, when I'm done with the activities (Morning(/TKD Class/Evening Exercises) , I do as many push-ups, sit-ups, reverse crunches, jumping jacks, squat thrusts' and "back-breakers" as I possibly can

Wish I was as motivated as you JoaNor... I don't practice all at once, I kick and punch when I am not working and I do 4 days a week of hard excercise. So like, I do my share.
monday=circut training(rugby but its a good workout)
tuesday= tae kwon-do
wensday strength training (upper body)
thursday=strength training (lower body)
friday= tae kwon-do
saturday= tae kwon do
sunday=rest

I attend class once a week for 3hrs
-weight traing 4 times a week for 1-2hrs each day
-cardio work 5-6 days 30-45minutes( this is were i practice my punches,kicks,elbows etc.. in a cardio manner)
-footwork 4 times a week 20- 30minutes
- wooden dummy work 3xweek 20-30minutes
i go to 2 cardio classes a week, 3 material classes a week, and one sparring class. i work out for an hour or two on the days i don't go to class, usually lifting.
Monday: 1730 - Assist teaching junior TKD class, 1830 - Take adult TKD class, 1930 - Assist and sometimes take one hour fitness class
Tuesday: 1830 - Assist and take martial arts competition class
Wednesday: Sometime after 1730, stretch, practice forms, and do kicking and punching drills
Thursday: 1730 - Teach junior TKD class, 1830 - Teach or take adult TKD class, 1930 - Assist and sometimes take one hour fitness class
Friday: Sometime after 1730, stretch, practice forms, and do kicking and punching drills
Saturday: If I'm not competing somewhere, I stretch and practice forms, techniques, and combinations for about an hour.
Sunday: I usually stretch, but the rest of my day is spent doing school work for the coming week.

they asked me to join the competition team so i'm going to start going to those practices too which are on tuesday.
