What is your "Martial Schedule"?

Well, all I want to know is:

How many days a week do you practice your art?
How many hours a day do you practice?
Do you only practice in your school, or do you practice at home as well?
If you practice at home, what do you usually do?
+ Other general things

My schedule now is pretty layed back. But starting soon, I plan to get at least 2 hours of practice each day at home. I am in athletic conditioning at school, so I don't have to worry so much about certain training. Just techniques and things like that. LD117 is very orginized in his workouts. He does like 3 hours a day which is what I call devoted.

i dont have a set schedule but i do train almost everyday, with the focus on external one dy then internal the next.
I've also worked martial arts training into like every thing. like playing video games in horse stance, working on techniques and other stuff whenever im not doing anything untill im have to do something, sleeping with 20-30 pound weights on my chest or stomach some days. conditioning all through some days etc

Lol, forgot to add in the "strength training program":P
So basically, when I'm done with the activities (Morning(/TKD Class/Evening Exercises) , I do as many push-ups, sit-ups, reverse crunches, jumping jacks, squat thrusts' and "back-breakers" as I possibly can

Hajilee is a jewel in the rough

Wish I was as motivated as you JoaNor... I don't practice all at once, I kick and punch when I am not working and I do 4 days a week of hard excercise. So like, I do my share.

Teach two days a week and take class both of those days.
I work on my forms on Saturdays in my garage.

I try to find the time to grapple with some guys I met at BJJ class.
