Home Country: | I weight train on Wednesdays almost regularly and sometimes on the weekends. I don't have much of a routine; I give two days in between every weight training day to give my muscles time to heal.

Home Country: | Could it be that it is a steady state and affect the hormonal distribution, which will in turn increase the energy level?

Home Country: | When you exercise your metabolism increases during the length of exercise. The "harder" the exercise (this is relative to the person doing the exercise) the more the increase. The more the increase, the longer lasting it's affect on you since an increase in metabolism is a slowly decaying chemical reaction. Overdoing it can backfire, however, and cause a "crash". Same thing happens when you eat.
This is why if you want to feel like you have more energy throughout the day and promote a steady state of metabolic rate (this means you are using your calories efficiently) you should eat small meals every 3 to 4 hours or so and exercise when you can (the earlier in the day the better). This promotes what is known as a good "Circadian Rhythm".

Home Country: | I love working out and getting stronger, but something has me really depressed.
I don't know how, but somewhere along my short life span I have managed to permanantely damage my back. If I even lay on my stomach with my chest propped up, (like you would while watching a movie on the floor), I get up and my back is in bad pain. If I do squats or any vertical weightlifting it hurts my back. And I am only 16!
